No text on buttons in RetailVista POS

<span class="fr-marker" data-id="0" data-type="true" style="display: none; line-height: 0;"></span><span class="fr-marker" data-id="0" data-type="false" style="display: none; line-height: 0;"></span>When there is no text on the buttons in the layout and also not on the screen keyboard in RV POS, this can be solved in the following way.

Open explorer, right-click on 'This PC'.

Go to 'Local users and groups'.

Right-click on users > New user

Click on create.

Close all windows and then log out.

Login with the new user 'NedFox'

Open explorer:

Go to C:\Users.

Delete the folder '*old user name*' > close window.

Windows key + r.

Navigate to: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

Select the correct profile:
Note: in the Key: ProfileImagePath the username is mentioned (C:\Users\*User name*)

Delete the selected profile. (in the list of profiles)

Close all windows.

Login under the old user

The Windows profile will be recreated. Just disable or remove the new NedFox user otherwise it will be visible on the login screen. You can do this through the same screen where you create the user. Once this is done, it is resolved.
