    On a cash register, receipts are not printed, while duplicate receipts can be printed.

    Check in the configuration of the cash register (File / Configuration) if a printer is connected.

    Then check in the Print menu if the receipt printer is disabled (this is also visible because there is a cross through the printer icon on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen).
