Personalized statistics - Excel template

Start -> Statistics -> Advanced Statistics

Create a statistic that you want to personalize and click on 'To Excel'.

Open this document and delete the data. Only the formatting is important right now. Add a logo and change the font and colors of the columns, if necessary.

Save this document with the extension .xltx

Go to Administration -> Statistics -> Excel templates

Add a new Excel template, add a description and choose the document with the extension .xltx

 Via Start -> Statistics -> Advanced Statistics, the Excel template can now be selected on the 'Excel' tab.

The column layout can be chosen via the column selection.

It can also be useful to create a filter template after all the fields that are standard have been filled in. If the filter template is chosen, then every time after clicking on 'To Excel', this personalized Excel template is used with, for example, a logo and a different font.

In this example: If the filter template '230 - Statistics per product' is chosen, then after clicking on 'To Excel', the template 'Statistics 230' will be printed to Excel with the chosen column selection.
