Reopen Sale Order

Once a salesorder is complete the only way to be able to make changes in the sales order is to reopen the salesorder.

Open the salesorder and click on the “Edit” symbol: 

At the top you will see this, see below.

Click on the text “Reopen saleorder” on the right side.

At the top you can choose whether you want to delete the reservations.

This is recommended if you are changing the amount of the sale order rows. When you change the status of the sale order to “EntryCompleted” again, there will be made new reservations with the changed amounts applied in the sales order.

You can also choose if you want to secure the applied discounts. This is recommended if you have made discounts manually, otherwise you need to change these discounts manually again.

Click “Yes” to reopen the salesorder.

Now you see no reservations and the status of the order is set to “New” again. When you have applied the changes, you can change the status to  “EntryCompleted” again and save the changes.
