<span class="fr-marker" data-id="0" data-type="true" style="display: none; line-height: 0;"></span><span class="fr-marker" data-id="0" data-type="false" style="display: none; line-height: 0;"></span>An error message occurs in the software. In that case, the following steps should be followed:

Does the customer have the latest version?

    • If No, update first
      • Is the error message resolved? Close the ticket
      • If the error message is not resolved: proceed to the next step
    • If Yes, can the error message be reproduced on the Nedfox acceptance environment?
      • The error message can be reproduced: Create a task
        • Check if a workaround is available for the customer to continue working in the meantime:
          • There is a workaround: provide it to the customer
          • There is no workaround: is escalation necessary?
      • The error message cannot be reproduced: proceed to the third line
