This document describes how to set up/personalize a URL tag in relation to the use of the RetailVista backoffice.
It is possible, for example, to include the company name in the RetailVista URL.
The default URL https://www.retailvista.net/instantiex can be personalized to, for example, https://www.companyx.retailvista.net/instantiex, in this case the text "companyx" has been added to the URL.
Within RetailVista, we refer to this as a "URL tag".
The URL tag can be specified in the following location within the Extra menu: Extra --> Structure --> Companies and then go to the advanced tab. There, the option "URL tag" is available, see below:
Once this is adjusted, https://www.companyx.retailvista.net/instantiex can be used, but it does not mean that the original URL cannot be used anymore, it will still remain usable.
