    1. For each user who needs this, a separate, unique barcode must be available.
      1. Tip: create a new product where RetailVista generates the barcode. Then print a thermal label for this "Product". Example name for the product: login John Doe.
      2. Stick label on card or similar. 
      3. It is useful to keep this product, if users lose their card you can easily print a new barcode label.
    2. Scan the barcode in the "Different POS Password" field of each user's user account.
    3. Go to the Extra menu -> Settings -> Authorization section and correct the "Authorization on Password" setting to "Yes".
    4. Synchronize cash registers.
    5. When logging in to the cash register, the "Username" field is no longer available. Only the "Password" field is available. In this field, scan the barcode that was created for the user.
