The Excel export does not add up the total amounts at the bottom, they all remain at 0. How can that be?

This has to do with the security in Office 2010 and later, where formulas in an Excel sheet are not immediately executed when opening the file. By clicking on 'Edit', the file is opened in read & write mode and all formulas are also executed.
