Follow the steps below to test if this issue can be resolved:
- Turn off the PC.
- Remove the power plug from the pin device.
- Reconnect the power to the pin device.
- Restart the PC.
- Check if the problem is resolved.
If the pin device still has a Trust issue notification, it needs to be replaced.
Have the customer fill out and submit a Pin malfunction report form. Only then will a new pin device be sent.
