There is a cash discrepancy after payment with gift cards.

Through the statistics module, you can determine why cash differences have occurred.

In RetailVista, go to the Statistics module. Here, choose cash sales statistics.

You specify the date range within which the cash difference has occurred. On the Advanced tab, you can specify a specific payment method. Choose the type of gift card in question here.

You will now see all transactions where the specified type of gift card was used for payment. You can now look up where the cash difference has occurred.
