  • Right mouse click on the traffic light icon and choose 'restart'.
  • LocalServices will now restart.
  • If the status is green again, you can continue printing.

Alternatively, if the status remains orange or red, you can try to do the following:

  • Right mouse click on the Windows start button.
  • Choose 'run' + enter.
  • Type in 'services.msc' + enter.
  • Select 'RetailVista LocalServices'.
  • Right click the selected line and choose 'Start' or 'Restart Service'.

If the traffic light icon disappears start 'LocalServices' from the start menu again.

Is the traffic light still orange or red? Contact the NedFox support desk.
