Trade-in promotion pin CCV

If you have a project with a trade-in promotion from CCV and you have received the CCV terminals back from the customer, first create a credit for the customer from RetailVista according to the project agreement.
Then, send an email to salessupport@ccv.eu
In this email, request a return order number. Also, mention the type of product you are going to exchange.
After receiving the return order number, send the terminals to CCV.

Now wait for a credit from CCV.
