Start -> Loyalty -> Loyalty reports -> 148 - Loyalty card letter

Here you can create a loyalty card letter with a specific balance based on a minimum number of points that can be specified. This letter can be printed on A4 size and can be used to deduct from the loyalty balance in this way.

Through loyalty card balances to gift cards

Start -> Loyalty -> Loyalty tasks -> Loyalty card balances to gift cards

This card still needs to be printed on a plastic card.
