If too many changes have unfortunately been posted through Exchange, it is not possible to undo this.
Within the module Products -> Price Changes you can review which prices have been modified.
Use the filter via the “Search” option in the top-right corner of the screen.
If necessary, Nedfox can restore certain values directly in the database. This only concerns resetting sales prices and/or purchase prices to the values they had before Exchange was processed.
This is not handled based on SLA, but on invoice/subtract.
Nothing will be restored in Exchange itself. In the case of a connection to an organisation, the data will need to be requested again from that organisation.
