Transport type | Indication of whether it is a transport type 'delivery' or 'pickup'. This data is especially important from RetailVista Mobile. When creating a sales order, you will be asked if it is a delivery or pickup order. After that choice, only the transport types of the previously chosen type will appear. |

Early labeling | If this is marked, when creating a reservation with this type of transport, a package will also be created immediately from the above-mentioned package service and carrier. Additionally, this package will be forwarded/notified directly to a webshop, if the reservation originates from a webshop sales order. Therefore, there is no waiting for a tracking number on the package, the package is reported back to the webshop. This setting is particularly important for a product integration with bol.com for reservations that are delivered with own transport. Such reservations often do not receive a tracking number, and the actual delivery moment can be much later. By reporting a shipment back to bol.com, it is known that it concerns delivery via own transport. See also the setup documentation on a bol.com integration. |
Create delivery order | If this setting is active, a delivery order will be automatically created after creating a sales order of this type of transport. In practice, this will often involve own transport deliveries where the delivery time needs to be scheduled through the delivery administration. |
Delivery order type | When RetailVista ERP needs to create a delivery order, the type of delivery order is a mandatory field. |
