User permanently blocked in RetailVista

Attention! You may only unblock a user when the product manager emails or calls for it. This is for security reasons.
- Go to Extra > Users
- Go to the top right corner and click on search.
- Select "Show permanently blocked users" and choose yes or all, then search for the user.
- Double-click on the user and go to security.
- When permanently blocked, you will now see "Yes". Now go to the edit icon and uncheck the box and save.
- The user is now unblocked.
