This article describes the setting to deliver VAT free in the POS. Consult the manual for setting up VAT-exempt delivery for the back office, for the settings to set per debtor if this must be delivered VAT-exempt.
This article describes the settings to be able to sell VAT free in the till. See article VAT Free delivery - backoffice settings, for the settings of the debtor for VAT free delivery. The debtor needs to be set to VAT free delivery for VAT free delivery in the backoffice and the till.
-> Extra -> Settings
-> Section: PointOfSale -> Tab "General"
AllowCashSaleVatFreeDelivery: Check the "Yes" box.
When the above has been completed, wait 30 minutes or force the till to synchronize.
