It is possible to easily view the sales quantities of your own gift card within RetailVista.
To access this information, first search for the gift card product in the product maintenance screen.
If you know the barcode of the gift card product, you can also enter it directly.
Once the product has been found, select it to open the product card.
On the left side of the screen (see the image below), you will find the option “product statistics”.
Select this option to view the statistics of the product.
Under the “General” tab, you will see a summary of the quantities sold for the selected product over a chosen period.
