Viewing Sales Orders Historical / Unprocessed RV Back office

This section will give guidance on the Sales Orders function called "Reservation Maintenance".

Open your RV back office and choose "Sales Orders".

Then choose "Reservation Maintenance".

From here you will be able to find completed orders and incomplete orders. Note the filters at the bottom, such as "Open Reservations Only", will need to be moved to "All" to capture completed orders.

If looking for a specific order here, use the drops downs and fields as required to fine tune your search.

For webshop, ensure the very top option "Store" is set to your webshop.

If you simply click on "Search" after selecting your store and moving the radial choices to "All", you will see your Completed and Closed Orders. You can double click the desired order to view further details.
