Warehouse count

Activate warehouse count

The use of warehouse counting must be activated first in the RetailVista back office.

-> Extra -> Settings

-> Section: ReceivedProducts -> Tab "Warehouse"

ReceivedProducts_IsWarehousCountEnabled: "Yes".

Warehouse count can now be processed through RetailVista Mobile.

Process warehouse count

Select the model "Warehouse count".

Enter the bookmark number of the goods-in.

Click on "search".

Click on "Add row" to add the goods-in of this bookmark.

Scan the barcode of the product.

Warehouse amount: the amount counted
Defect amount: amount to be returned to the supplier due to, for example, damage or incomplete
Click on "Save".

In the same way you can add new rows to this bookmark.

When warehouse count is complete, press the triangle icon in the top right corner.

Click on "verwerk magazijntelling" (this will be translated as soon as possible). Now the warehouse counts have been processed.

This bookmark needs to be processed further in RetailVista backoffice. Please see manual Process goods-in with warehouse count to complete the process.
