What is possible with the transport properties from a sales order to the Post NL integration?

The field can be found in the sales order, after the 'Transport' field. For proper functioning of the Post NL integration, the field must start with the text 'ProductOption= followed by a characteristic and an option value. It is allowed to specify multiple product options. In that case, the above example must be closed with a ; character, after which the next ProductOption=<Characteristic, Option> text must be specified. In this way, combinations can be made such as 'Evening delivery' and 'Do not deliver to neighbors'.

In the advanced settings of the parcel service itself, ProductOptions can also be specified. Only when no transport property is specified in the sales order itself, will the properties from the parcel service settings be taken over. The syntax is the same, here too the text 'ProductOption' must be used, see the example below. Multiple simultaneous ProductOptions can be used by starting new lines, instead of using a ; character.
