What is the Internet email address of the RetailLink environment for sending logistics messages?

There are currently 3 RetailLink environments: development, acceptance, and production. These environments have the following Internet email addresses:

Development

Acceptance

acceptance.retaillink@nedfox.nl

Production

mail@retaillink.co.nl

It is possible to send an email from, for example, Outlook. It is important that the email does not have any HTML formatting or similar, the message should be sent 'flat' without any formatting. In Outlook 2016, in the 'Format Text' tab, there is an option to choose 'Plain Text'. The EDI message can be placed in the body of the email. It is also possible to send an empty email with the EDI message as an attachment. In that case, the body must be completely empty! The subject of the email is irrelevant, it will be completely ignored by RetailLink.
