What should you do if the cash register has synchronization problems?

Go to the customer's RetailVista backoffice.
Go to administration.
Go to POS terminals.
Double-click on the respective cash register.
Go to the "advanced" tab.
If the checkbox for "product synchronization disabled" is checked, go to edit and uncheck the checkbox.
You can now initiate a manual synchronization for the customer or let the customer wait for half an hour until it happens automatically (the cash register synchronizes every half hour)
If the checkbox is unchecked and the synchronization still fails, then the problem is likely to be something bigger; in that case, please submit a support ticket.
