In the cash register, in the Help / About RetailVista POS menu, the data dictionary can be requested. Then check if the Transactions \ Outbox directory with outgoing transactions is empty. If this folder contains transactions, it must be checked if the aforementioned service is running.

Restart it if it is not running.
