This notification can have multiple causes. It means that e-Loyalty is not available, and therefore, points cannot be earned or redeemed. It is possible that the cause of this notification lies in a malfunction of your own Internet connection. Do you have Internet access? Then contact the NedFox helpdesk or visit http://support.nedfox.net under 'Outages'. The cash register does not need to be restarted.
When scanning a loyalty card, I receive the message 'Connection failed with server, please try again later'.
