Add points to loyalty card

This document describes how to change the balance of a loyalty card.  

Go to Start -> Loyalty -> Loyalty tasks -> Loyalty card information and mutation

Then enter the card number and choose to show details.

Through 'Change loyalty card balance' it is possible to increase the balance.

Balance adjustment: Enter the number of points by which the loyalty card balance should be increased.

The balance can also be decreased. In that case, place a '-' before the number of points that should be deducted from the balance.
