Payment type's not visible + not in correct order

In the touchscreen designer you are able to make changes to the 'payment canvas'. This is the actual payment screen in RetailVista POS.

>> View >> View payment Canvas

After selecting the Payment canvas you will see a screen similar to the one below:

After selecting one of the payment type buttons, you will see the screen below:

Take note of the following:
Each button has a follow up number.
The follow up number represents the follow up number of the payment types in RetailVista ERP.

As is visible in the image below, you will see the appearance of the payment types / follow up numbers:

On the till itself, the payment screen would look like this (based on the image above):

In the touchscreen designer the buttons have the following 'follow up numbers':
Cash button = FollowUpNumber 1
Wastage button = FollowUpNumber 2
Card. integr. PS button = FollowUpNumber 3
Invoice button = FollowUpNumber 4
Card, not integrated button = FollowUpNumber 5
NGGV button = FollowUpNumber 6
etc.
