Booking goods-in with RetailVista Mobile

Goods-in can be booked in with or without the use of a purchase order. This can be done via the RetailVista ERP backoffice, or via RetailVista Mobile. Via RetailVista Mobile the process to book goods-in with or without a purchase order is the same.

In this document we describe how it is done via RetailVista Mobile.

Select the module "Received products" in the Main screen.

Select "New bookmark" to assign a bookmark.

From this moment on, you are working in this bookmark.

When you were interrupted and have left the screen and you want to continue to scan the goods-in of the same supplier, you choose for "Existing bookmark" to work in the bookmark you were working on. We recommend to write the bookmark number down. In case you leave the screen or want to add a goods-in to this bookmark afterwards. To process the goods-in later on, it is also helpful to have this bookmark number.

Bookmark: Here you will find the bookmark number.
Supplier: Select the supplier.
Received date: This is set on date and time you have made the new bookmark. You can change the date and time with the pull down menu.

Press the "Save" icon.

 Scan the barcode of the product. It is also possible to fill in the barcode manually. Then you have to tab on the field "Product" and enter the barcode digits manually.

Bookmark: Bookmark number you are working in
Product: The product description
Gross price: Gross price
Ordercode: The supplier ordercode
Amount: Fill in the amount

Press on the "Save" icon. 

If you want to edit the amount of a previous row, you just tab on "previous row".

When you have finished the change press "Save" icon.

With the "House" icon you go back to the main menu.
