The balance of the return voucher can be checked via the Start menu -> Gift Cards -> Gift Card tasks

-> Gift Cards.

Specify the type and definition of the gift card in the search filters.

Then select search to display the gift cards on the screen:

On the 'Transactions' tab, it is possible to view the transactions associated with the card.
