Within RetailVista POS it is possible to transfer the balance from one loyalty card to another. This can be a new or an existing loyalty card onto which the balance should be transferred.
In RetailVista POS go to the menu option Loyalty > Transfer loyalty card.
In step 1 enter the loyalty card number of the card that should be transferred and choose Next:
In step 2 enter the loyalty card number of the loyalty card that should receive the points from the old loyalty card.
As the final step choose Complete to finish the transfer.
