Create a markdown in RetailVista that is displayed with additional text and image in the GardenConnect eloyalty app.

First, a discount agreement must be created that will serve as a condition for the price reduction.

Go to Promotions -> Discount agreements.

Choose 'Add' and create the discount agreement as shown in the image below.

Description: Description of the offer; this will also be displayed in the GardenConnect loyalty app.

Product bound: 'Yes', because it concerns specific products.

Loyalty card bound: 'Yes', the price reduction is only applied when the specified loyalty card type is used.

Loyalty card required: 'Yes', a loyalty card must be scanned in the transaction.

Loyalty card type: Often there is only one type, but there may be multiple types available.

In case of multiple loyalty cards, select the desired card.

If it applies to multiple cards, multiple discount agreements will need to be created.

Tab 'Promotion':

Promotional text: This is an additional/alternative text displayed in the GardenConnect loyalty app.

With the 'Choose file' option, a local image can be uploaded, which will also be displayed in the GardenConnect loyalty app.

NOTE: The height of the image in the app is fixed at 190px.The width depends on the device on which it is opened. The optimal ratio is 2 wide and 1 high.

Below is the result after uploading an image and entering text.

Note: Since no classification is specified for the discount agreement, there is also no start and end date, which means the discount agreement will not be displayed by default after saving. To do this, set the option 'Only active and future' in the filter for everything. (see image)

Now we have only created a condition. The discount agreement currently does nothing, as no product or specific discount has been specified. In fact, only a markdown needs to be created as usual, with the only difference being that the previously created discount agreement is added as a condition.

The only difference is that on the 'Condition' tab, the previously created discount agreement is specified.

The markdown of 80% in this example is not always applied, but only if the condition is met.

In this case, a loyalty card of the type 'NF tuinen' must be used in the transaction.

In the case of a discount agreement with classifications, the option 'Product bound' must be set to 'No', otherwise the discount agreement will not be displayed in the Garden Connect app.
