Within RetailVista POS it is also possible to use a mobile payment terminal in addition to the fixed, integrated payment terminal.
This allows payments made with the mobile terminal to be registered in RetailVista as well.
The mobile payment terminal has its own button on the payment screen.
To make this possible, a payment method must be added in RetailVista.
Go to the menu Administration and enter the word 'Payment methods' in the search bar.
A new payment method can now be added for the mobile payment terminal.
Give the payment method a description, a sequence number, and select the payment method 'Manual EFT payment'.
After synchronizing and restarting RetailVista POS, the button will become visible and usable.
When using the mobile payment terminal, first perform the payment on the terminal itself.
Once the payment is successful, use the button on the payment screen to complete the transaction.
The POS will also ask for confirmation because of the transaction handling.
