Description Plus licenses explanation and functionality

This document describes an explanation and functionality description of the different 'Plus' licenses.

Please note: QA838 is the successor of this document, it is about converting 'Plus' to 'Plus v2' licenses.

The characteristic of 'Plus' licenses is that they are billed based on usage. For this purpose, counts are made of the number of created lines per period. The following Plus licenses currently exist and contain the following functionality:

Sales Orders Plus

- Pickup locations

- Order picking (simple and extended)

- Order picking control

- Order issuance

- Order issuance control

- Signature upon issuance

- Cash on delivery functionality

- Fleurop import

- SendCloud integration

- Bumbal integration

Receipts Plus

- Abbyy message import > We will not charge for lines from delivery notes

- Importing DelMsg and Clockt EDI messages

- 2D barcode support (old 2D barcode license rule will be discontinued)

Purchase Orders Plus

- [No additional functionality yet]

Purchase Invoices Plus

- Abbyy message import

Delivery Assignments Plus

- Full module is only available as a 'Plus' license

This list is subject to change: In principle, new functionality will only be added to RetailVista as part of the various Plus licenses. A Plus license never stands alone: each module always requires a base license and additionally, a Plus license can be chosen.

The accelerated response time that was initially part of the Plus functionality has been removed and can now be contracted separately.
