How can I send a digital gift card by email from RetailVista?

RetailVIsta ERP can send gift cards by email. These are gift cards that have been activated or have been provided with additional balance. However, it is necessary to indicate the report to be used for the type of gift card once, for activation and/or for top-up.

The email to be sent after activation or top-up is placed by RetailVIsta as an email in the 'Outgoing emails'. There is a separate QA about the further automatic sending of all outgoing emails, whether or not via its own SMTP server.
