With the RetailVista Report Designer, all reports within RetailVista can be maintained. At present, this is only possible for NedFox employees, but the technology already allows end users to maintain reports themselves as well. We expect to make this functionality available during the course of 2026. Modifying reports is always done by first creating a copy of an existing report. The number of report copies is unlimited, and each copied report receives a sequence number starting at 1. The final report will then, for example, be numbered 105.2, indicating that it is a copy of the original report 105. Existing reports supplied with RetailVista are therefore never modified; you always work on a copy.
The Report Designer is a Windows-based application and can therefore only be installed on Windows PCs.
