Look up giftcard points in the backoffice

You can look up giftcard points on the till or in the backoffice. For the till see guide: How to look up giftcard points on the till.

-> Start -> Giftcards -> Giftcards

Here you can look up the giftcard and see more detailed information about that specific giftcard.

On tab "Transactions" you can find the transactions of this giftcard with the receipt and transaction numbers.
