Printing product labels in stock does not work

 Customer reports that the 'Printing Labels in stock' option does not work. Nothing comes out of the printer when this option is selected. Before booking a ticket, the following things could be tested:

  • Can another overview be printed from RetailVista?
  • Test if printing these labels works on a different set (different instance or different company)
  • On which PC or PCs does the problem occur?
  • When does the problem occur? Even after restarting the PC, or Restarting RetailVista?
  • Check (and restart) LocalServices in case of printing to a label printer
    (A4 printer goes through Windows itself)
  • Does the print job appear in the Windows printer queue? (on the PC to which the printer is connected)
  • Can a print job from, for example, MS-Word be printed?
