Correcting the card balance must then be done through the eLoyalty website. You have received information on how to do this. If you have not received this information, you should contact the headquarters of your organization. They can then perform the mutation for you.
If you have received information on correcting card balances, you can only mutate the balance of your own loyalty cards. Only the headquarters of your organization can mutate all loyalty cards.
