If you have received information on correcting card balances, you can only mutate the balance of your own loyalty cards. Only the headquarters of your organization can mutate all loyalty cards.
When adjusting the balance of a loyalty card, the message appears that the loyalty card already exists in e-Loyalty and that the balance needs to be updated within eLoyalty.
