This message appears when the loyalty card number does not fall within the ranges set for your company, the card number will then not be accepted by e-Loyalty. It is possible that the card number is invalid or that the card ranges need to be expanded within e-Loyalty. Please contact the headquarters of your organization for this message.
When scanning a loyalty card, I receive the message 'Cardnumber does not fit into assigned range'.
