How can I delete a retrieved reservation in the cash register?

By choosing transaction clear or delete line in the cash register, the reservation can be removed from the cash register transaction.

The reservation (sales order) needs to be adjusted in RetailVista. This adjustment will only be available in the cash register after it has been synchronized. This process takes a maximum of half an hour. If you do not want to wait, you can also manually synchronize the cash register.
