You have already received a notification when starting the cash register that the initialization of the eLoyalty services has failed. You can find more information about this in another Q&A about RetailVista POS and loyalty. Restart the cash register if necessary.
If I choose to scan a loyalty card, I receive the message 'The eLoyalty services are not available, saving is currently not possible. Restart the cash register for a new attempt.'
