On the other hand, significant new functionality generally comes with a corresponding new license. This is not a simple change or expansion. Instead, more extensive functionality or even new modules are released under license.
Examples of this are the 2FA extension on users (logging in with a password and a temporary activation token) and the recently implemented new return administration for consumers.
RetailVista has an accessible licensing model for cancellation, also known as 'easy in, easy out.' The notice period for a license or part thereof is 1 month. So it's easy to add a license component, but just as easy to cancel it after 1 month.
