The Pack & Ship website can be launched directly from RetailVista, which has the major advantage that users do not need to log in again. The link to this website must, however, be entered once in the RetailVista settings. The default link is https://www.retailvista.net/<instantie>/packship where <instance> must be replaced with the actual instance name. Enter this website link in the RetailVista settings.
After this setting has been configured, the Pack & Ship website can be opened from the ‘Reservations’ start page.
The main page of the website will then appear immediately; logging in is skipped because the user is already logged into RetailVista.
Accessing the Pack & Ship website outside of RetailVista
By pasting the Pack & Ship website URL into a browser, it is also possible to use the website independently of RetailVista. The website link is the same as described above. When accessed in this way, the login page shown below will appear, allowing the user to log in with the same credentials used for the RetailVista ERP system.
