The minimum system requirements at this time for the most recent version of the RetailVista Images software are Windows 11 (any edition) with an amount of RAM as recommended by Microsoft for this Windows version. If you are using an older version of our Images software on an outdated operating system, it is likely that it will continue to function as long as there are no changes to the software or hardware. However, there may come a point at which outdated Images software no longer works correctly with a recent RetailVista update. In that case, an update of the Images software will be required, and this may result in the outdated operating system no longer being compatible with the new version of the Images software.
