• Now copy your delivery number and go to eSocrates > administration > eServices > Customers
• In the left column, choose "Change support budget".
• Choose the correct customer and add the purchased minutes to "Change amount".
  In "Description" enter your delivery number, so: Delivery 107085Choose OK and approve your ticket.
