- This is a problem with local services. The icon will then be yellow or orange. Sometimes the icon cannot be found, this is not a problem.
- Go to the explorer
- Right-click on "this PC" / "this computer" and choose manage
- A new screen will now open
- Now choose services and applications
- Now choose services
- You will now see a list of all applications/services.Go to one of the applications and choose the letter R on your keyboard
- Now search for "RetailVista Local Services Client"
- On the left side of the product, choose stop and then start, and try printing a label again
- If this still doesn't solve the issue, you should still book a ticket.
