Article summary

In the case of a mobile pin, there is no spare stock.
Therefore, the customer's defective pin is first sent to CCV for repair. (see knowledge document "RMA registration via CCV") When it returns, you can reinstall the pin and return it.

If this does not work, you should first contact the customer to ask which provider it is.
- Restart the pin now (keep the stop button pressed until you see the option to restart again)- Go back to the menu - Go to the service menu and enter the password- Go to features- Go to terminal
- Go to HW installation
- Go to product.Installation
- Now enter the customer's TMS number (this needs to be done twice)- When entering the IP address, use 193.173.53.101 (unless it is already there) (sometimes the IP address is 194.104.96.44 but that depends on the communication protocol)
- Port 15000

If there is any issue, please contact CCV for assistance via 0882289783 > Choose 1 for NL and then choose option 3)
