- After sending, you wait for an email back with an RMA number
- Once you have received this email, you print out your RMA form twice
- 1 form goes in a packing slip sleeve on or in the box you are sending
- 1 form goes in the RMA folder (indicate on this form when you send your package) - You register your package via DHL (CCV is already filled in by default)

If you receive a defective customer pin, it needs to be repaired. The RMA request is done via email.
Note:
If it concerns the repair of a mobile pin, always remove and store the SIM card and battery in the secretary's cabinet.
- Go to the support > EFT > CCV folder in Sharepoint
- Choose the Excel document "RMA Request form v37.23" RMA Request form v37.23.xlsm
- In the reference, mention the customer it concerns (if you have 2, put the names together. Example: stock / Tuinland Zwolle)
- Copy the serial number of the pin
- The description of the complaint is important (Column J) - Now email your Excel document to CCV at repaircenter@ccv.eu
