Submit RMA via Worldline

Article summary

If you receive a defective customer pin, it must be repaired. The RMA request is done by email.

NOTE: if it is a repair of a mobile pin, always remove and store the SIM card and battery in the secretary's cabinet.
  • Go to the support > EFT > Worldline Banksys documents folder in Sharepoint
  • Choose "RMA form new" RMA form new.xlsx
    - Fill in all available information
  • Now send your RMA form to rma-netherlands@worldline.com

Now wait for an RMA number.

When you have received the RMA number, print the form twice.
- One form goes in a packing slip case on the box you are sending.
- The other one goes in the RMA map (in secretary closet) (report on this form when you have sent your package).
- Report on the form in the RMA map whose pin it is per line, you should always be able to track this down.
- When sending the bos, it is important here is nothing on the outside of it. Worldline requires your RMA number, batch number and company name on the outside of the box. This is also possible to do via a Word document.
